Skiing the North Mt Tahoma Trail to the Copper Creek Hut and along the Rainier Vista Trail.

(L to R) Dave and Lisa at the top of the "icy chute of death" (the beginning of the North Mt Tahoma Trail, Lisa herringbones up the hill, Dave glides down, Lisa braves a particularly crusty section, the first view of Mt Tahoma (Rainier), trail junction.

(L to R) The 18% grade up the Rainier Vista trail was icy, so Lisa put skins on.  Dave didn't have skins, I like to call the 4th photo, "Carnage and Rainier", a close up of Dave playing "Turtle in the Road", sometimes, ya just gotta hoof it for a while...

(L to R) Moon over Tahoma, Dave and Lisa finally reach the hut, the luxurious accommodations, Bob and Katherine Duffy's (Lisa's friends) brick, view of the hut, Mt Rainier (her real  name is Tahoma) and the outhouse, the "loo with the view" (when you're actually seated you get to see the mountain.
